Education Assistance:

The education assistance program encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within Interstate. Regular full-time employees are eligible for education assistance.

Apprenticeship Program:

Interstate offers and is proud to participate and sponsor a state-certified fully-accredited apprenticeship program for sheet metal and plumbing trades. The program is fully certified by the U.S. Department of Labor. The program affords the employee the opportunity to work on an actual jobsite during the day while attending evening classes during the 4-year program.
