Interstate Mechanical Contractors has an immediate opening for a senior level and mid-level HVAC Service Technician for commercial and industrial service, renovation and installation. Successful candidate must have a Universal Class certification and experience in chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers and their related control systems. HVAC Service Technician Trainee
The person in this position will assist the HVAC Service Technician in daily tasks, including but not limited to:
· Compressor changes
· Ductwork
· Coil Cleaning
· Lifting and changing filters.
It is mandatory the successful candidate for this position must have a clear driving history. They also need a Refrigerant Certification, or the ability to obtain the certification.
The person filling this trainee position must process the desire and ability to learn the technical knowledge and skills to become a successful HVAC Service Technician.
