Philosophy
All of our maintenance, repair, and replacement recommendations must be in the customer's best interest because that is our best interest. If we save the customer some expense now, they will be purchasing their maintenance service from us for years to come.
Experience
The Service Department has a combined total experience of 100 years in the field of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multiple types of heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment. The training and experience includes, but is not limited to the following:
Based on this accumulated experience, the IMC Service Department can provide the customer with accurate diagnostic analysis of existing heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems. This analysis is completed from the viewpoint of providing the customer with the most cost efficient response to an existing problem, weighing the benefits of repair, replacement or re-design against the cost of each. Because we are part of a comprehensive mechanical contracting firm, we bring the capacity to renovate completely or partially any duct system, plumbing or piping system, and any of the equipment that serves these systems.
Service
Interstate Mechanical maintains a 24-hour HVAC and commercial/industrial plumbing Service Department. Our experienced and courteous service technicians can provide the customer with accurate diagnostic analysis of existing heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems.
